Qualifications:
1. You must be a homeowner
2. Have a steady job or have fixed income with the ability to repay the loan
3. In addition, you must have a FICA score of 650 or better
4. You must be 18 years old or older
If you have the above qualifications, you have a great opportunity to secure a loan within 24 hours and secure a check in your hands within 72 hours from approval.
Most loans starts from $2,000 (Two Thousand Dollars) to $10,000 (Ten Thousand Dollars)
The loans may be used for the following:
Interior Improvements:
1. Energy saving windows and entry storm doors
2. Kitchen and bath remodeling
3. Plumbing and electrical
4. Flooring (ceramic titles, carpeting or hardwood) throughout
5. Painting throughout
6. Gut outs and clean outs
7. Insulation and Drywall Installation
Exterior
1. Roofing (Shingle and Rubber roof only)
